George and Martha Faradjian opened Cafe Socrates in Sacramento in 1991. "Our mission was to provide the best, most authentic and highest quality Mediterranean cuisine in Sacramento," states George. The menu was inspired by Martha's cooking talents and became very popular with customers as well as critics.
The restaurant had several write-ups in local papers, rating the food and service as excellent. After almost 20 years in business, George and Martha have brought their delicious and authentic recipes to San Diego.
